Privacy Policy

This explains what Supply Kitchens does with the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you use our quote form, ask about a piece of furniture or send us a message, we receive what you type in (your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details of your project) and any plans, sketches or photos you attach.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, to make and deliver your kitchen. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t share them with anyone else except where we must by law.

News of new pieces

We only email you about new furniture and offers if you tick the box asking us to, on a furniture enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time: reply to one of the emails or get in touch, and we’ll take you off the list.

Where it’s kept

Your enquiry is emailed to us and kept securely on our website’s server, which only we can reach. We keep it for as long as we need it for your quote or your kitchen, and delete it when we no longer need it.

Cookies and counting visits

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies, so there’s nothing to accept.

We count visits, to see which pages are useful and how people find us. It’s done on our own website’s server and nothing is sent to anyone else. We note the page, the website that sent you (such as Google) and whether you’re on a phone or a computer, but nothing that identifies you, and we keep these counts for up to 13 months.
